Contemplate your birth. The Creator power God calls us into existence for a purpose. Read Psalm 139. There are different kinds of truth - scientific, sociological, poetical and religious. It is from the religious dimension that we derive meaning.
We need to accept positive and negative aspects heritage and circumstances. The former is easy, the latter is not.
The child has a will - to live, to grow; and that will can and does defy parents and even God.
What comes to you as you contemplate your birth? Thoughts, feelings, memories.
(I wrote poems to explore this - but any kind of writing brings into consciousness what is in shadow and half-light. It is like telling yourself what you don't know that you know.)
